Running ArcGlobe on VM

Hello all

We have a strange problem with ArcGlobe running on a VM machine.
We copied a machine that runs ArcGlobe with no problem into a different network.
We started the new machine and configured the license to the local network license.
We can start Arcmap (That’s show that the license and ArcGIS online are working).
We can start ArcScene (That's show that the extension license is fine).
We can start ArcCatalog.
When we start ArcGlobe it just hangs. Normal.3dt is not getting created.
In the task manager it takes about 70Mb and gets no more memory or cpu. I can see the processes of accessing ArcGis online started.
It is version 10.1, the VM is windows7 64bit.

As I said the same VM works on a different network.

Any idea?
