Mosaic and Feature class are mismatched at particular scales,

Mosaic and Feature class are mismatched at particular scales,

I got a very strange behavior regarding the Mosaic and Feature class.

As I have collected 80 images in one mosaic, then what is weird is that this mosaic is aligned with other feature classe at particular scales but isn’t at other

For example, considering the same feature class with same mosaic

1. If the scale is set to be 2000 or less than they do match

What might be the issue? Is this visual?
Have anyone engaged in such behavior?
