Conversion from .shp to .obs

Hi,

I have a .shp file with porosity and roughness attributes. I would like to convert this into .obs file format to use it in a related software. I downloaded a ARCscript "waspmapscripts.rar" but I can't obtain a .obs file. Could you help me with this?
