Can´t manage to perform a transformation between two coordinate systems

I have a raster which needs to be transformed from the older swedish coordinate system RT90 to the newer SWEREF99 but I can´t get the Project Raster to work. When i type in RT90_To_SWEREF99_1 as the transformation it tellsme that it is an invalid geographic transformation?

Am I doing anything wrong or what is could the problem be?

There is no drop down-list to choose from, should that be the case?
