Changing position of coordinate label in layout view

Hello,
I am having a problem with the layout view in ArcMap (v10.1). I have created a grid for the map and I wanted two coordinate systems to be shown: A graticule grid with degrees and minutes in the corners of the map and one measured grid in the coordinate system of the data frame.

In the measured grid options there I can choose "corner label" to label only the corners of the map - I am looking for an option exactly like it but for the measured grid.

As for the graticule grid, I have currently solved it in the way to create 4 graticule grids (up, bottom, left, right) and each one just showing the beginning coordinate and then (through the interval) the coordinate in the opposite corner. But of course I would wish for a more elegant solution. Anyways if this is the only solution then it's fine with me.
The problem is that right now I would like to move the coordinates of the longitude and latitude more closer to the actual data frame - the problem is they will overlap each other. Is there a way (without converting to graphics!) to move the longitude coordinate (7° 46') more to the right so that it starts with the margin of the data frame, and the same for the latitude coordinate (49° 53') ending with the upper margin of the data frame? The label offset that I can choose in the grid options only allows me to move the longitude coordinate up and down and the latitude coordinate left and right.

And as for the measured grid, as you can see on the screenshot, the beginning of the labelling (3411000) is totally outside of the map. I want the labelling only for the map itself. So is there a way to tell the grid-labelling engine what is the first coordinate value to start with?

So I want it kind of like this:

The coordinate 3411000 has to disappear and the longitude (7°46') more to the right and the latitude (49°53') more down.

Anyone can help?

Thank you very much,

Khaled
