Create Raster Index Shapefile

Hello all,

I used to use the "Create Raster Index" under Query Tools in 9.3 but I know it currently isn't available for 10.0. I have a group of raster data that I want to create a vector shapefile from to visually display the outlines for but I was unable to find the equivalent in 10.0.

Any suggestions?
