Sort Annotation Alpha numberically

When we create annotation we can select it with Select Elements and align them, distribute them etc.

What I would like to be able to do is to Sort them Alpha Numerically.

We have a lot of switches etc in substations and on lines. We have a PDF map book we generate and we have a good number of the switches annotated. When I am going through and making everything look nice it would really be nice to be able select a swath of Annotation and not only distribute and align them but to sort them.
