I have discovered that the program for running a traverse in GIS in the COGO is not accurate. The amount of error is wrong it shows a greater error than it should. When I use 2-Point line to construct the plat it is much more accurate but takes a lot more time to do and will not give you the closure for the plat. I compared the traverse program in GIS to the C&G program and to the AutoCAD Civil 3D survey traverse program and C&G program and the AutoCAD Civil 3D survey traverse program agreed with each other and seemed to agree with 2-Point line to construction program. Is there a patch of fix for this problem? We rely on this program to put plates into GIS.
