Project from MTM to WGS84 Coordinate Systems

I used the COGO toolbar to reproduce a Surveyors land parcel that was projected as MTM zone 3, NAD83. Once I created the shapefile for this land parcel I then wanted to transform it to WGS84 so I could view that parcel in Google Earth Pro. I used the Geographic Transformation of 'NAD_1983_To_WGS_1984_1' but when I load the shapefile in GE Pro the land parcel is off by approximately 5 metres. Given it is crucial to know the exact position of the land parcel does anyone know why my transformation does not result in the land parcel being displayed correctly?
