Error using SANEt extension ArcMap 10.1

I am using ArcGIS Dekstop 10.1 with our University licension (GIS department). When I want to use my licenced ArcMAP SANET 4.1 (http://sanet.csis.u-tokyo.ac.jp/) extension for ArcGIS 10.1 an error always occurs - initialization method type SNAP ArcMAP.cmmn ArcMap threw the exception (it is hard translation, because it shows in my Windows main language). I confirm this exception and run my SANET extension. But I cant input any shapefile layers to extension. Roll down windows are simply blank and I cant use it. SANET team couldnt help me. I need this extension for my Master´s Thesis.
