I'm attempting to do a one-to-many join with one being spatial and many being tabular data. The joins seems to work in the data window but will only display one line on the map.
For example: I have 2 roads with 2 types of permits on them. I want to display the road on the map with a thicker line in back and a thinner line in front so you can visually see the road have 2 types of permits.
Is this possible?
My Ultimate goal is to publish this as a feature service to our ArcGIS Server.
