Compare two rasters

Dear Forums' members

I'm working on Satellite Image Analysis.

I want to compare two rasters. So, I am trying to make a correlation curve between these two rasters.
each raster hase about 4.000.000 pixels. So it is impossible to use Excel Software or other Statistical software.

Do you have a solution by using ArcGIS?
