SQLite Editing

Hi Forums,

I try to use SQLite created by other not possible.
Then I create new by using python, then import geographics object from shapefile - this works Ok. or displayed correctly.
But i cannot edit it.

Then error comment is like below

Is SQLite behaviour is like this ? create-import-use only.
Not possible to edit it ?

I'm using new ArcGIS Desktop 10.2 ( build 135736 ).
