ControlsAddDataCommand with no toolbar

Hi,

I need to use the Add Data functionality in Engine Arc 10.0, VB.Net, BUT I don't use a toolbar or even a mapcontrol. This must be behind a regular button to enable the user to navigate to input datasets and rasters that reside in a .gdb. The information is used for analysis purposes. I don't know if this is even doable??
