I want to calculate the depth of the sinks derived from my DEM, of which size is larger than 15GB.
First, I did the Flowdirection using the DEM. Second, I took the Sink Tool to get the sinks. Third, I took the Watershed Tool to determine the contributing area of sinks. Then, I took the Zonal Statistics to calculate the lowest elevation of watersheds. Last, I did the Zonal Fill.
However, the result was wrong, which only showed little part of the region. For example, if the region is 5*5 cells, now the result only shows the content of 3*3 cells. I have searched for this problem, and reconciled the Pixel depth of my data according to some suggestions. I have tried several times, but I still have not solved it. Do you know why this mistake happenes and how to get the right result? Thank you for your time.
Best regards,
