Dissolve Multiple polygons to their own shape file at once

I have an extremly large dataset of the US and regions. Each region has about 30 smaller polygons in them. I want to get rid of all the lines in each region with out havinng to dissolve each one since it would take forever. Is there a tool somewhere that does sort of a batch dissolve??

UPDATE...
Right click on dissolve in ArcCatalog, then select batch.
