Turning off Continuous Pan/Zoom tool

Hi,

My Arcmap document contents do pan automatically when ever I press the shift key.

I understand it might be the Continuous Pan/Zoom tool which is in work, but I cannot find a way to Deactivate or Turn off this tool.

Please help !
