Can someone explain me how to do the layout of routes in ArcMap? I have a shape with the streets with the name and the lenght, a shape of points with garbage containers and want to do the route of each truck but don't know how. I've tried with the network analyst, created a network dataset and I can't trace the route because when i put a stop in a diferent street than the first, can't trace the route.
