ArcGIS Search Window Returning 0 Results

I am trying to use my search window to search through my sde databases and it keeps returning 0 results. I've gone into the 'Search Options' and added the 2 database connections like this:

and then I type a search result:

And nothing returns. I have tons of data that have the word 'FOREST' in it, so it should return something. I'm sure I followed the help guide properly, so is there anything I am missing?
