Hello,
We are currently in testing pre-upgrade to ArcGIS 10.2.1 from 9.3. One of the issues we have encountered and can't seem to figure out is:
Previously in 9.3, during an edit session when (for example) a water main feature is added, the fields that have date values are populated with a default date of 1/1/9999. However, for some reason when in 10.2.1, the date is not populating as default, even though all the settings are the same as when it was working in 9.3.
Does anyone know of any changes that occurred from 9.3 to 10.2.1 that may be causing this to happen? Are there any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance for your reply.
David
