ArcGIS 10.2 and ArcPress

We have an older plotter- an HP DesignJet 800PS. Our main GIS specialist is running ArcGis 10.2, but in order to print we are having to go to a machine running 9.3.1 and use ArcPress. Has anyone successfully printed to an older plotter such as this through 10.2 and if so what are the tweaks needed to make it work?
