We have used group animations with ArcMap 10.0, and they worked very nice on 4 PCs with various NVidia cards from 9600 (2008 system) to 580M (2012). With 10.1, there is a nasty flicker effect that looks like a VSync problems with the screen. I tried graphics driver settings, enable/disable hardware support, and even the AdvancedArcMapSettings Data Frame refresh rate, but without success. Is this a known issue, are there solutions?
