GeoTagged Photos To Points and then update photo exif after edits

I can't figure out how to update the photo exif file for edits made to the lat/long in ArcDesktop 10.1 . The exif file has the gps data in a d/m/s type of format (the format is dd/1,mm/1,ss/1. When degrees and minutes are used and, for example, fractions of minutes are given up to two decimal places, the format is dd/1,mmmm/100,0/1.) It seems to have this format in all the different photo exif/gps files I have come across. I can't duplicate that from the decimal degrees in Arcmap (I can convert to d/m/s but it doesn't come out in that format).

The purpose is to have the photo itself corrected for location edits so they can be scaled, shared and used in other programs accurately.

Does anyone have a solution?
