Cant Find ArcGIS Tutorial Files (Tutorial1-1.mxd, etc)

I have the ArcGIS textbook Tutorial and I am trying to follow along, but I do not have the tutorial files required. I am following the same tutorial shown here (only as a real book) - http://downloads2.esri.com/ESRIpress...1_chapter1.pdf

I am looking for files of the form
Tutorial1-1.mxd
Tutorial1-2.mxd
Tutorial1-3.mxd
Tutorial1-4.mxd
Tutorial1-5.mxd
Tutorial1-6.mxd
etc...

There IS a DVD attached to the book, but the book was loaned to my by my professor, and I am not allowed to use the DVD, only the book as a reference. I got ArcGIS by downloading the free 60 day trial and the associated 1.7GB tutorial file. I expected that the files i needed would be part of the file i downloaded, but I cannot find them anywhere on my computer after I installed the tutorial.

Could someone help me figure out where to get these files without using the DVD (ideally download them). If the thing I already downloaded IS the same thing that is on the DVD... can someone help me figure out how to find/use the tutorial?
