Difficulty projecting shapefile to client-provided custom projection

I need a coordinate system/projection expert. I have several shapefiles that I need to project to the same coordinate system that our client's 6 inch imagery is in. The projections of the shapefiles are simple state plane projections. The prj file that was supplied to us by the client that represents the imagery projection looks like a modified state plane projection. When I try to project the shapefile, everything is fine until I choose the output prj file, at which point a transformation is required...and I have NO idea what transformation, if any, will work. I have attached the two prj files in question. Could somebody take a look at these and see if they can tell me how to do this, or which transformation to use?

The fire hydrants prj is the input, and the sid prj is the output.
