Convert F51, F52 files in LANDVIEW to shp file

Does anyone know whether the F51, F52,.....files could be transformed into GIS file?
I downloaded Year 1992 road maps on TIGER. However, after installing Landview 5 on my computer, I failed to read out the files. Does any one know how to read the files after installing Landview. And I want to know if the files could be translated into gis file and how to do that. For each county, after unzip the zip file, the folder has files with extension of F5. Thank you !
