Failed to paste Toolbox in ArcCatalog 10

I have no idea why I cannot copy and paste a tool box I created in ArcCatalog 10. I get a "Failed to paste Tool box___ " message when I try. I then copy and paste the tool box with windows, and when I try to run the tool I copy/pasted in Windows I get errors that it should be a raster / mosaic input file (which it is not in the original).

I have spend a lot of time on this toolbox and am worried it is corrupt somehow.
