UTM to MTM Transformation?

I've done a quick search, but can't find an answer.

Is there an internal transformation file to translate betwen MTM as used by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario and UTM?

I realize I can shift the meridian, but was hoping for a shift-on-the-fly option.

If it is built-in, is there any reason it wouldn't work?
