Problems exporting table to dbase from Oracle

I have a database connection set-up to an Oracle server (OLE DB Connection) within ArcCatalog. In the past I have right-clicked on the table and said "Export -> to single dbase. Then I would fill in the parameters to query out the data I want from the table for ArcMap. Now that I am running ArcMap 10.1 SP1, when the process runs it gives me an error saying that the table has no OIDs. This has never happened to me before unless I go to File-> add query layer (which lets you choose an OID field). I cannot add OIDs to the table in the database nor can I export the data out separately from database and then bring it into ArcMap. I don't understand why the table needs separate OIDs when ArcMap will add-in a FID when the table is created. Is there a work-around for this?

By the way, Make Query Table is not an option because I can't create a table view in the database (OLE DB Connection).
