Vertex to polygon

Hello,
I have an ASCII file of coordinates X,Y,Z and they define a irregular polygon. To obtein a Polygon it is mandatory to have a certain order of this data. In this case this file doesn't have any order. How can I range the points easily? Is there any tool?
