I am trying to publish a feature service to my AGO account with a time aware layer. I have done this successfully several times in the past, but now, I am running into problems I have never encountered.
1) Sometimes when I add the XY Data, the values in the DATE_TIME field are all null
2) When I do get the table to load properly, I cannot get the extent of the time slider to set correctly. It always defaults to from 1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM to 1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM and will not let me change these times
3) In the past, when I would choose the DATE_TIME field as my time field, I would have <DATE/ TIME> appear as the field format. Now, I am offered several options, all of which start with the year. Do I now have to reformat the data to match one of these formats, even though in the past, I could use this format: MM/DD/YYYY hh:mm:ss?
