Creating Reports With GPS Data

Hi, I'm trying to figure out a way to create distance, speed (min, max mean) and time (duration) reports using GPS gpx track files. I am importing the gpx files with the GPX_to_features tool in 10.1 but want to select certain portions of the track file with a polygon layer & then generate distance, speed & time reports for various polygons. Looking for a fairly automated approach so as to deal with numerous trackfiles from different GPS units at once. I have found a few free online programs that generate good trackfile reports but would like to break the tracks down by polygons. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
