VBA - Can't find project or library in ArcGIS 10

I have installed ArcGIS Desktop 10 and VBA in a new computer.
I have done the authorization for both licenses.
I copied and pasted "Work.mxd" file, this mxd file contains customize tool created by using VBA code.

However, when I opened the mxd file, it gives this error message:
'Microsoft Forms: Could not load an object because it is not available on this machine'
Then i clicked OK, it gives this error message:
'Compile Error: Can't find project or library'

The mxd file working properly in another/previous computer that also running ArcGIS Desktop 10 and VBA.
Can anyone please help me? Do I need to install other software? Or do I need to do other steps?
