Greetings,
I`m wondering of how much resources the copying processing in ArcMap is reserving to be completed....
I have a ShapeFile that contains about 100,000 Polyline Feature and I need to copy this data to a FeatureClass in a dataset.
The dataset is an empty schema extracted from my original dataset. Hereafter is the dataset image:

The problem is that: When I try to copy the data from the Shapefile to a FeatureClass (such as MVUGElectricLine) the process takes more than 5 hours and after that an error generated reporting that "System Resources Exceeded"... Hereafter is a snapshot of the error:
Attachment 26907
Hardware: core i7 , 8GB Ram...
Software: ArcGIS Desktop 10.1...
Please advise me if there is another way to perform the copy or a workaround to get the data from the shapefile to a featureclass..
Thanks in advance....
