removing Z projection ?

Hi, I have a point database served from arcgis server 10.1, today I tried to add some points from Esri android client, got some error related to Z values. After checking the properties in arcCatalog, I realised data have a "Z projection" tab. I do not know where this came from but for the feature databases without Z projection tab, I can edit without an issue both from android and web.

How can I get rid of Z-projection? I tried "Project" tool with keeping Z-projection empty, no help, its still there. I run "add XY coordinates" to see if any of the points have a different Z value, no, they are all zero.

Although for the moment there are just 30-35 points, I cannot simply copy the points to another dbase without Z-projection because they have several attachments (jpegs). How can I convert my dbase file to a one without Z-projection?
