Populate Field in Polygons from other Polygons

Hi folks,

I have 2 Feature Classes, both are Polygon type. I would like to populate a field in one of the FC's to another, specifically the PostCode/ZipCode. I have used the Select by Location method to highlight the records I want populated, I just need to get the value from the field out of one Polygon FC into the other! I hope this makes sense :confused:
