Populate Attribute table with hyperlink

I know there is a very simple way to populate a new field in the attribute table using VB Script but I am not up to speed with VB Script. I am trying to use a website prefix and add the record number field to the prefix. I know I would use the field calculator but cant figure out what to put in the box to populate it, I keep getting errors.

The prefix is: http://vamanet.com/cgi-bin/RECPGM2?LOCAL=MAD&RECNUM=
and then I would want to add the "[MRECNO]" field to it.
