Methodology for Producing Projections of the Total Population of Florida counties

Hi all,

We need to do some analysis combining properties and Census Data from 2010, and also population projections in the five year increments based on the new Census 2010 data until 2040.


Could someone guide us in how to find a methodology for producing Projections of the Total Population of Florida counties from: 2010-2040.

Do you recommend using GIS TAZ, Blocks or Tracts for this projection?
