Intersection of two data rasters?

I have two data tifs of same area:
- Data tif with cells values for slopes from 0 to 60 degrees
- Data tif with cells values for aspects from N to NW (8 different categories)

Can I, for example, make new tif with all cells (or areas) with 10 degrees slope and North aspect?
Something like intersect function for shapefiles.
