I've been suffering an annoying glitch when linking excel spreadsheets in ArcGIS 10.2.1 in the layout view.
Basically, when I link a spreadsheet for the first time, it goes in nicely without protest, but the next time I open the .mxd, the top row is missing from it. I then have to double click on it to go into MSExcel and shift the top row down by one, then it appears in the .mxd again. This process often repeats itself each time I reopen the map document, to the point that I have the odd spreadsheet with up to 10 empty rows at the top!!!
Anyone experienced this too or have a solution to my woes!?
Cheers, Dave
